Cancellation Policy

By registering my child for the Aayuryog Kids Winter Break Yoga & Pranayama Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Voluntary Participation I understand that yoga, breathing techniques, stretching, and light physical movement involve natural risks. I am voluntarily allowing my child to participate in this program. Health & Safety I confirm that: My child is physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga and pranayama. I have informed Aayuryog of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or restrictions. I will supervise my child (for online classes) as needed to ensure safety. Liability Release I understand that Aayuryog, the young instructor, the adult facilitator, and all associated team members are not responsible for: Any accidental injury Physical strain or discomfort Property damage Health issues arising during or after participation Misuse of techniques taught during the class I hereby release and discharge Aayuryog from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from my child’s participation. Parent Responsibility I agree that: I am solely responsible for my child’s safety during the class, especially online. I will ensure my child has a safe practice space (clear floor, no hazards). I will stop my child immediately if they feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. Instruction Disclaimer I understand that: The instructor is a 12-year-old young yoga practitioner, teaching simple movements and breathing techniques. An adult mentor supervises, but this program does not replace medical, therapeutic, physical therapy, or professional fitness guidance. Photography & Video By enrolling, I consent to Aayuryog using non-identifiable class photos/screenshots for promotional or educational purposes. No Guarantees I understand that results may vary for each child and that Aayuryog does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, or behavioral outcomes. Agreement & Acceptance By completing the registration form and participating in classes, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver, Liability Release, and Participation Policy. I accept full responsibility for my child’s well-being and hold Aayuryog not responsible for any claims, injuries, or losses.
